Following are the terms and conditions for MDC Designs' DIY invitations.
Order acknowledgement via the website and automated email is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. Credits/Debit cards, PayPal or similar are charged in real time during submission for payment so that upon acceptance, order fulfillment processing can begin immediately.
After you place an order, MDC Designs will determine whether or not to fulfill the order. MDC Designs reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit risk or review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions or inventory posted on this web site, suspicious factors indicative of fraud.
Shipping dates from MDC Designs are indicated on our product. We carry only a small amount of stock and special order most items for our clients. Total order will ship once all items are in. Most products can be processed and shipped from our location within seven business days. PLEASE NOTE: This doesn't mean you get the order in seven days!
If something becomes unavailable or will take longer than expected we will contact you to see if you would like this put on back order. If you had other items that are on time we will ship these items then ship the backorder out as soon as the stock arrives, at our expense.
If there is a mistake or omission from your order, we will, of course make it right. We take great care in packaging your order so that it arrives in as perfect condition as when it leaves our hands. If, however, your order arrives in some way damaged, please contact us immediately. Any personalized, printed or specially cut items are not returnable. Handmade invitations that are not from the DIY section are non refundable.
